Nissan Pulsar, Potential HRV Rival?

For those in Europe that is. The proportions certainly seem similar enough, low crossover LOL?

always loved the old pulsar's especially the GTI-R , hopefully they do something sporty to it, even a NISMO version would be great to have. Throw in the Juke Nismo engine and transmission

These competitors will dictate what powertrain and interior options that the upcoming HR-V is going to have. Let hope that the competitors go all out and have a lot of choices in these subcompacts so we have more choices to choose from in the HR-V!

Honda has been good with their options so far, I would expect to see around the same along with some new stuff, overall it should be inline or close to the competition.

There has been a bit of speculation about a NISMO version of the Pulsar. Someone made a rendering.

So if there does end up being a NISMO model, hopefully that will prompt Honda to make a performance variant of the HRV.

Maybe like the old Pulsar some people might swap an RB26 into it which would be awesome but that will only happen if it's RWD.

Black and the bigger more fancy wheels make the Nissan Pulsar look sharp! Hopefully, Honda America is reading this thread!
