black rims

My wife keeps telling me to get black rims for my HRV. I was thinking about getting the stock rims powder coated black. Can someone photoshop my HRV for me with black stock rims? I want to see how this would look. I attached a picture in case someone can do this for me.

thanks,

Keith

I'm not a photoshop whiz, but I did find this picture of a Honda HRV on Vossen CV5 rims. They aren't black but they are darker. I like them. I think black rims will look good, especially against the black body color.

Try using plastidip first...you can take it off easily when you don't feel liking it...

Can't go wrong with Plastidip. Try a rim first and see if you like it. Peels off like school glue if you don't like it.

Thanks for the picture I will show the wife. I never used the plastidip before. That sounds like a mess. I may give it a shot.

I tested out the plasti dip. This stuff is very easy to use. I will get better pictures tomorrow.

Not a fan of plastidip, the flat black looks odd against the gloss paint. That aside, black wheels look great on a black HRV imo.
