15" Rims fitment?

I've looked through most of the threads and even though it was mentioned, it was never confirmed whether or not 15" rims would clear the brake calipers on the HRV. Does anyone have a definitive answer as to whether or not 15" rims will fit? Thanks

I'm not 100% certain, but I do not think they will fit. I have 16" wheels with my snow tires and they barely clear the calipers.

TireRack doesn't offer 15" wheels for the HRV either.

you may be able to find 15" wheels that fit, but if you want tires to match the overall circumference of oem they would have a pretty tall side profile that may look a bit different.......15/205/70 looks like the closest

Discount tire doesn't either. I think typically the smallest wheel offered by a manufacturer for a particular model will be the smallest you can go. It will be hard to find any that are not custom made.

I agree. I think the smallest factory wheels I've seen offered for the HRV/Vezel were 16" wheels.

That's the look I'm going for. Smaller wheels with taller tires to match the OEM aspect ratio. Going for an off road look as oppose to the lowered stanced out vezels across the pond

When I ordered my minus size I didn't have a guarantee they would fit.
I talked to the guys at Canadian tire, he ordered the tires and rims we thought would fit
Then before they mounted the tire on the rim they put the vehicle on the hoist and did a fit check.
That way if the rim didn't fit I could return them both.
Talk to your shop and see if they will work with you.

You mind going into specifics about the size of tires and wheels? I want to compare the size of what works (fit and clearance-wise) on the hrv to what I want on mine
