Bluetooth Samsung Issues

I just got a 2016 HRV in December and the Bluetooth is choppy when making phone calls. I have taken it to my dealer and the same issues seems to be happening on another HRV and the new Civics which have the same Nav System. Is anyone else experiencing any Bluetooth issues. My dealer says they have no complaints.

No problems with either my Note 4 or new S7 Edge.

How do you know that the same issues happen on another HRV and Civic?
You said your dealer had no complaints.

I have a note 4 also without any issues. Are you sure it's not your phone?

I have a Galaxy S6 and so far I haven't had any major issues. I noticed once there was about a .5 second blip in a song I was listening to, but that's it. I've only had the HR-V for under a week though, so not a lot of time to test.

We did some diagnostic work at the dealer and tried it on another HRV and a Civic. My phone (S6) seems to work fine in a 2013 Ford Truck. It's truly got me stumped.

It's a very strange situation. It works clear for the first 2min into a conversation then all of a sudden turns choppy and kinda cuts in and out. Then either disconnects or I end up hanging up cause I can't understand what the person is saying. I've tried disconnecting, forgetting the pairing on the phone and nav unit then re pairing. I've tried force quitting and clearing the Bluetooth cache on my phone. I've tried putting the phone in safety mode but to no avail it happens again. So frustrating. It's hard to think it's my phone when it seems to work just fine connected to other Bluetooth devices. Hmmmmm.........

Have you tried any other Samsung phones or any other brand phones on your HRV?
