Over the years, I did a lot of modifications to it. I added a turbo setup and at 10psi, it put out about 260WHP. With my wife and stereo crap in the car, it ran a 13.8 @ 110mph. It was a blast to drive and I sold it to my cousin with 170,000 miles on it. The turbo had been on since roughly 40,000 miles. I know he drove it around Ohio for a while and later sold it. I hope that car is still hauling ass somewhere in the country.
Love EP3...that shifter position is just genius.

Love this post! Here's my vehicle history. Mostly Honda's and MINI's. I was devoted to Honda for a while then after the S2000 I caught the MINI bug. I'm currently MINI'less (though my wife still has one so I can still get my fix) but am looking to possibly get a classic Mini to tinker with.

The Original Blue Bomber - 1st car was a 1975 Ford Torino sedan with 351 Windsor V8. I don't have a pic of mine but this one is close. Same color but no rear wheel covers.

Odie - 1980 Toyota Celica GT Liftback, 2.0 liter 4 cylinder. Last year of rear wheel drive.

Honda - 1988 Honda CR-X HF, 1.5 liter 4 cylinder gas sipper. Averaged 55 mpg on a trip around lake Ontario. 0-60 in a few days, with bikes on the roof, 0-60....nope

Kermit - 1993 Honda Del Sol Si, 1.6 Liter SOHC....wish I had the VTEC but it was still a lot of fun.

Gonzo - 1999 Honda CR-V EX, 2.0 liter 4 cylinder. My first new car purchase. Back when the CR-V was made more for the outdoorsy people, not the soccer mom. The hatch floor even converted in to a very usable picnic table!

Sandra - 2002 Honda S2000 (1st gen AP1) - 2.0 liter 4 cylinder 240hp. Not many cars that you can rev up to 9000 RPM stock, just an absolute blast to drive.

Mr Magoo - 2006 MINI Cooper S (1st gen R53) - 1.6 Liter supercharge. My MINI obsession begins.

Beaker - 2009 MINI Cooper S (2nd gen R56) - 1.6 Liter Turbo. My longest owned MINI, traded it in this year for the HR-V. The orange MINI in the background is my wife's current MINI.

Dr Bunsen Honeydew - 2005 MINI Cooper S convert (1st gen R52) - 1.6 Liter supercharged) - Nothing like the wind in your hair with the popping sound of the MINI motor in the air.

Buster - 2003 Honda Element EX - 2.4 Liter 4 cylinder - Awesome work horse for getting stuff done and carting the kayaks around.

Almost forgot, this was my first and last motorcycle. 2002 Honda VT750 Shadow.

Not mine but have the best of both a Honda and Mini. Guy is on our local Honda forum and was down to $8,600.

Nice! But that looks like it needs a lot more tinkering than I'm looking for. I won't be in the market for one until at least next year anywho.

Thanks though the EP3R and the CL7R still needs to be privately imported in.

That's the nice thing. You can actually import them in. We here in the states cannot (legally).
