Has anyone installed the above product ? Little concerned that I have to remove rubber seals and weather strips to be able to install this product.

Garage
I could be wrong, but aren't there little hooks already built into the car that this just snaps into? Every car I've owned with one of these is a 5 second install.

Here in Portugal that part comes pre installed in all models.
It is assembled, by default, in Spain(Santander).

When the dealer handed the car to me he said that the car was sent to Portugal with that part missing. Someone forgot to assemble it.

One month later he called me to schedule the assembling, free of charge of course.

I thought it was a easy process, but in fact it's not so easy.
They had to remove the trunk door plastic cover (to install the pieces where the wires attach) and the trunk side plastic covers to install the shelf support.

They explained the whole process, but i didn't see it.
