Oil Life Monitor

I'm at over 4000 miles since my last oil change and my oil life indicator still says 70%......
At this rate I can easily hit 10K miles between changes.

What are you guys seeing for oil life indication?

I am almost at 15k miles and still at 60%, I did the first oil change at 10k per indicator. It looks like I will be changing the oil every 10k as well. I don't change till I hit zero %. I often went well beyond zero % in my Civic with same engine and got 300k miles before I sold it. Civic usually hit zero % between 7-8k. I'm thinking that since CVT keeps rpms so low that is why oil change interval is longer.

8K+ miles, @30%. The monitor starts bothering people at 15%. I never changed at 0%. I just wanted to reset the warning asap.

The 0W-20 is semi synthetic, I think Honda took that into consideration. My 09 Fit goes about 10% every 1K miles.

2k @ 80% but I have a feeling it will drop to 70% soon. I drive in traffic a lot.

Since last Oil change: 3350 miles @ 60%. Normal.

I bought my Canadian EX in June.
Sitting at 6100 km (3800 miles), oil is 60%
Changing once per year, this HR-V is very economical.

And up in Canada, our 0W-20 is not a blend but full synthetic.
Nice touch to recognize our colder temps.

I do quite a few highway miles that's why I suspect my oil life is longer than average....

My wife's HRV has about 3200 miles since her last oil change and she's sitting at 60% vs my 70% at 4000 miles........she has more stop/go traffic.
Running full synthetic but there is no way the oil life indication would know the difference.

I think it is the type of driving.
I use Mobil 1, but my driving is 75% stop/go and 25% highway. My numbers are similar to your wife's: 3350 miles @ 60%.
