There is no recall for the Start Button Sw. There is a Customer Service Program for replacement at no charge to any customers that are having issues.

Its not a recall. Recalls are usually for safety issues only. If you bring the car in they will replace etc if you are having a problem. Bring the printed the TSB.

They are right, it is a warranty extension.

20-116 Honda Technical Service Bulletin has the details. If the light came on it might just be that you need to replace your batteries in your FOB.
