2016-2020 CVT warranty Extended to 7 years/150K Miles

Why wouldn’t this be part of Honda warranty extension? Seems like if you showed your receipts, you would be eligible.

I got the letter yesterday but it was about the warranty extension, not the actual recall. I called the dealer and taking it in next Wednesday. Said it was an hour‘s job. Hour seems long but will go with it.

Keep us updated. I would be shocked (really) if Honda did not come through on this.

Just wondering, if folks after getting the recall fix, will now rely on MM for CVT changes or continue the 25k-30k changes? I get my “fix” next week.

I know not a recall but site is also for safety issues. Your dealer is mistaken as this does apply to your vehicle per below notice. Sounds like your dealer is just trying to get you to go away. Don’t let them off the hook.
