Hello! 3 weeks ago I purchased a 2020 HR-V Sport with AWD. I noticed when I would be in reverse with my foot on the brake there would be a loud vibration noise, (would only occur when the engine is cold). I brought it into Honda because I wasn't sure if it was normal & they replaced an engine mount. I pulled out of the dealership today and it made the same noise. Is this something that's normal?

I would have turned around and given it back to the dealer.

Are you reversing with the electric parking brake still on? It will make an unusual sound then disengage if you forgot to first

Possible engine mount failure or failing ? it was common with the R18 in the 8th gen civics - they hydraulic mount would fail and the metal on metal (or plastic on metal) would rattle with low RPM vibrations when in reverse sounded worse than in park or drive. That was more of a knocking or chatter, than a rattle.
