Just noticed that through proxy the HR-V and CR-Z share a platform with each other. The HR-V is based on the Fit which was based on the Insight. The CR-Z is based on the Insight as well. The two even share similar styling...

I sure hope it happens, it's exactly what a vehicle in this segment needs from how I see it and likely what a lot of people want.

well.....

there already is a hybrid HR-V, its called the Vezel! the Japanese are loving the hibby by the way, 70-80% of all vezels sold to date have been Hybrid. cant remeber the exact figure...

and yet again america misses out.
do you think it's a matter of time till the CRV Hybrid makes it's way here in the current generation or might we have to wait for the next gen model?
