Hello,

Photobucket.com has recently changed its terms of service for free users on their platform. As of June 20 images hosted by Photobucket and shared on our forum, or any other third party sites, will no longer appear. As a result, you may notice a higher amount of broken images on the forum.

If you do not have access to edit your older posts please contact an Administrator or Moderator for assistance. Please provide the new URL for the image that needs to be edited and a link to the thread the image in located in.

More information on the change and what it means for Photobucket users can be found below.

Photobucket Terms of Use http://photobucket.com/terms

Thank you

As I'm sure you know, this is a huge issue for all sorts of forums. About the only bright spot here is that this forum is young enough that the archive of posts with pictures is relatively small. I'm on another that has lost over ten years of invaluable photos concerning modifications and all sorts of useful stuff -- some from inactive members, so those things are gone forever.

I'll be surprised if Photobucket, as a company, survives the bad vibe that they've created for themselves. HPH

It's an unfortunate situation photobucket has put the forums in. As stated above, if you need any images edited let us know.

I've actually asked for this before, but if you could increase the number of files we are allowed to upload, that would help.
I"m not sure if is still limited, but there used to be a maximum number of pictures you could attach using your profile.

My preference if I include a picture is to first upload it, then link to the shortcut.
That way it is permanently part of the forum.

Such as here

Hey guys,

Are ye talking about the amount of photos that are allowed to be uploaded to an album limit, or the actually file size limit?

No worries - let us know if there's anything else we can help out with. Moving forward, make the most of the unlimited attachments and host your images directly on the site. We are still awaiting for a solution to fix any affected users from this Photobucket fiasco in restoring your previous images.

We thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter.

Cheers,
Natalie :)
