Bi-LED Fog lights

Hi all!! The long time of choosing fog lights hopefully ends with purchase of a kit for a halogen lamp, but the installation of bi-led modules in them. Lasers, with excellent low and high beam. But now another question has arisen, maybe someone will tell me where the high beam relay (not a fuse) is in our car. For what? Implementation a fog lights strobe system like in a Porsche Macan. When you blink far, the fogs go out and pass along with it, and not just the curtain rises. I did this on my 2008 Accord Coupe, but there are inscriptions for the relay on the covers of the fuse blocks, but here, unfortunately. I hope someone can help, thanks
