Love my '09 Fit. I've been prepping to give it to my 16 year old in the next year. So that puts me in the market. This popped up and I thought... hmm... not bad.

Long term Honda fan.. wife has the Odyssey. I'd love love love a new prelude.. but don't see that coming anytime soon.

If I don't find a Honda the 'grabs' me.. I'm looking at a Lancer Evo. (X maybe?)

My biggest worry is not enough power in the HRV. I can't wait for final info to be published.

since you're coming from a fit, did you find the power in your fit to be sufficient? how much more power do you think the HRV needs over the fit to be good enough?

They'll probably offer more than one engine so if you are able to shell out for the more powerful engine option then power shouldn't be an issue. It is getting more than one engine option, right?

Not as far as Honda has said, unless you know something we dont..

very likely that will be the case, it is also a segment where they will need to price a basemodel quite cheap so this ultimately has to happen
