Yours is a bit different than mine, probably a newer version, but mine has that frame (bezel) and fits the dash perfectly in mine.

I installed the head unit back during the week of Christmas. I created a video but it was very rambley so I will make a new one soon. But I did run into some issues:
For reference:

- The lane assist camera does not work when I put on my right turn signal. I instead get a yellow caution mark. The same happens if I press the lane assist button.
- The music pauses when the reverse camera is showing, and when the yellow caution mark is showing in place of the lane assist camera.
- This was getting extremely irritating for the lane assist camera, so I deactivated the lane assist on right turn signal for now since the camera isn't working anyway.
- I changed the setting that is supposedly responsible for this issue and nothing changed.
For reference:
- My car: 2018 Honda HRV EX-L
- My head unit: HA5248 (not sure what the hell is wrong with Dasaita's website right now)
- CANBUS: CB015 (according to website)

I am 100% familiar with your nightmare. I went through all those exact steps, hours of CANBUS settings, updates, youtube videos in foreign languages translated that lead to nowhere, I even tried to re-wire the CANBUS myself. I was ready to pitch the thing into the ocean and invest in CD's and paper maps.
In the end, it was the CANBUS they sent me. It was the wrong one. I reached out to Dasaita and let them know the CANBUS was not working and they sent out a new one. Once I had the correct one, it was 20 minutes and all functions worked.
I'm planning on swapping out my mic tonight and I'll take a photo of my CANBUS number and post it here for you.
The music while reversing is just a setting. I can help with that too.
Go to settings>car settings>extra settings> reversing volume. Make sure its on. (keep in mind you need to scroll to see it)

The first and foremost thing is don't give up communication with Dasaita because if you continue to work with them they will get it working correctly. Mine is a HA5248 also but I have the CB014 CAN-BUS and my CAN-BUS setting is for the Civic. I assume my CB014 and your CB015 is because mine is an LX and yours is an EX-L. What I've learned from our experiences in this thread is that the "three" (harness, CAN-BUS and CAN-BUS setting) all have to be the correct combo. Like mine, for example, everything worked except the reverse camera and it was due to the wrong harness. So, you'll have to work with them to find out which of your "three" (or all three) is not correct. If you want, you can try the CAN-BUS setting; mine was on CRIDER but after I changed the harness it needed to be on CIVIC. I would not mess with the harness other than switching around the two yellow RCA connections, use trial and error to see if they're mixed up. If I were in your position, I'd send them the pictures and info that you've posted above. I played around with mine for two months unsuccessfully until I sent them a message and they sent me the correct harness and I had it going a week later when I got it in the mail. Don't give up, it's a really good system, today I watched a movie for 30 minutes while waiting for an appointment.
Hi, Has anyone got a link to the RHD device for amazon.co.uk doesn't have the store only from USA? Even their online website seems a bit bare of the RHD devices!
Also, question for those who already have devices:
1) can you install 2nd and 3rd screens for the rear? If so, can you watch a movie on those, while having say maps on the main head unit?
2) for those with telephone buttons on your steering (as well as radio) do all of the controls work?
3) has anyone also installed DAB? If so, can you use the existing DAB antenna or does it need a new device?
4) My UK Spec SE doesnt have a reversing camera - Can any be installed onto the Dasaita unit? I assume there is no current wiring.
5) Can the unit use both reversing camera and DVR camera at the same time?

1) yes, there is an output for rear screens but not sure about if it’s mirrored or independent from the front screen
2) no, on mine only one button works and it mutes the volume
3) we don’t have DAB in USA, so I can’t help you
4) mine connected directly to the factory camera but one can be added

I had this stereo in my 2022 and to be honest I'm getting pretty sick and tired of it. The applications crash all the time and now the stereo is freezing and I get a black screen and then nothings works! after the freeze I'm caught driving all the way to work with no stereo. I think i might go back to the stock stereo since ive been having constant issues with it.

No problems with mine since I got it in 2020 but I don’t use those apps very much at all, I just use Apple CarPlay the majority of the time. I would contact them if I were you, maybe there’s an update to the software that could help.

Mine is an LX, so it only has one USB port and it’s connected to the head unit with an adapter that I use to play mp4 movies. The tv tuner does have a USB port but I think that’s for updates to the firmware.

The tv tuner works good but I’m still experimenting with where is the best place to mount the antenna. I’m watching the Indy race on NBC in this picture.

Update on the tv tuner, either the antenna has weak reception to pick up signals or a few of the stations in my city have weak broadcast signals because there are several channels that aren’t even being detected when it scans for stations.

The purpose is to be able to watch the local weather news during hurricane season in case of a power outage and no I would never watch tv with the car moving along.

I don't live anywhere near hurricane concerns, nor would I want to. But my thought is if you know a hurricane is coming (and you always do), then WHY THE HELL DO YOU STAY!?!? Honestly asking this, not trying to be antagonistic... If I know a lion is going to come down a path and eat me if I stay here, I'm going to go the opposite way of that lion and get off his projected path. If a hurricane is coming, I'm going to get the heck outa Dodge and go to higher ground. Also, if I did get stuck there, I wouldn't be running my car battery and precious gas down to watch TV reports. Again, not criticizing, just thinking like someone who has never been through such and experience.
