It's so nice, I"ve seen it in other markets like Australia here

The flagship $32,990 HR-V VTi-L includes paddle shifters, leather upholstery, parking sensors all round, a panoramic sunroof, heated front seats, rear centre armrest, privacy glass, dual-zone climate control and chrome door handles as standard. Another $1000 ushers in ADAS safety tech.

I think the Europe model is getting it as well (so maybe the Canadian one ?)

But I think the US model doesn't have it.

D'oh! I tried to keep my voice down, but was afraid you might overhear...
Us Canadian's better not gloat too much.

I just have to shake my head at the marketing, and why they wouldn't include all these extras in the U.S versions.

In so many markets, Canadians end up paying premiums for the same US item.

I just don't get it. I mean at least make them an option as an add on.

Agreed, just don't get it sometimes. The Canadian CRV EX-L for example is not available with the outside mirror turn indicators like the U.S. model. EX-L models of the Fit and HRV have them but not the more expensive CRV.
