Welcome Avner. According to Honda, there certainly will be a manual shift with 2WD.

That's good to hear. Fortunately for me, I'm content with the manual only being in the base model. As long as I have power windows I will be happy lol. I was also looking at the cx3 and I was surprised to read the there will no manual at all. For a company that prides itself on making fun to drive cars, they sure dropped the ball. They make the cx5 in manual though. It would make more sense (to me) to drop the stick in the cx5 and switch it to the cx3, but whatever, it just made my decision much easier.
