2023 hrv sport , 5000 miles. They replaced the altinator didn't stop it. Now there looking into the water pump. Anybody else having issues

intermittent hi pitch sound in my unit is from dried serpentine belt tensioner bearing ...bough a ready spare too for the
idler pulley at rearmost portion of the belt . Happens during morning start . Have not replaced both , perhaps at 100,000km.
