A good move. I would have liked to see this measure last more than 3 months.

True yes, but its more than any toher executive has ever offered. Did Mary Barra take a pay cut for even half an hour throughout the GM nonsense, or Toyota during their unintended acceleration.

Its a great move, sure maybe its more symbolic than anything, but at least its something...
