Looks like part of the price jump to the EX-L is the inclusion of the paddle shifters; they're listed as "available" on the EX. The leather trim and navi weren't really enough bang for the buck for me, but the paddle shifters may just make it worth it. I'm driving a standard now, and would love to be able to maintain at least a little direct control when I wanted.
