Do we see any differences with this prototype, or is this the same model that we have seen in the past?

The only differences annouced is that Europe will get a 1.6L Diesel in addition to the 1.5L gas engine

Just saw the Honda press release for the HR-V at the Paris Auto Show: in addition to the engine info above (1) there is absolutely NO mention of an AWD version, (2) all references are to this "front wheel drive" vehicle and (3) it lists the projected on-sale date as "during the summer of 2015".
Sure the N.A. version may be different, but this doesn't sound great re any more power, initial AWD availability and/or early CY2015 delivery.

HMMM. Thats interesting indeed, surprised they don't mention AWD at all, even in terms of late ability. Vezel has it so we know its possible... I just hope their not making an awful decision to not offer AWD...

Unless they have plans to launch an AWD model later on and just want to keep that under the rug for now till they're ready to make the announcement. It might be something that launches a year after the initial HRV launch.
