Have any of you researched prices on used Honda Fits lately? At least in the U.S., the Fit barely depreciated in value. They make fantastic new car buys and terrible used car buys, because a new one costs barely any more and comes with full warranty.

I imagine that a compact CUV will be even more popular than a hatchback in the traditionally hatchback-averse U.S. market. This HR-V simply won't depreciate in value!

Looking forward to a smart choice for my wife's next car :)

I think this is the case with a lot of Japanese vehicles, Honda's are known for this, obviously because of how well they are built as one of the reasons.

I think it will depreciate at a good rate where 10-15 years down the road we can still get good money for it, even 3-4 years down the road. Can't go wrong buying Japanese.
