hello all i have a well maintained 2015 HRV, a few months ago in winter it the issue started .
we have noticed the problem is considerably worse in the heat
when i take off from a dead stop, the car will just die huge flat spot, and if I feather the throttle gently, i can sometimes stop it from stalling.One, I'm off and accerating all good until i drop revs again to about 800rpm, then it really starts chugging accelerate and it's gone ??
It's a real mystery, no-one can work it out
As I said, it hardly does it in winter but in summer almost immediately.
the heat really exagerates the issue ??
turning the A/C off does help a bit, but i doubt that's related
So i proceeded a process of elimination.

- Car shows no error codes on a scan
- replaced spark plugs twice
- replaced coils twice
- ran several injector additives through 2 x tanks of fuel
- replaced air filter
- Throttle body clean
