does anyone know how i can fix one of the usb ports not working? I read something about a damaged fuse or loose fuse but I cant seem to locate where the fuse is in the box. Help?!? Or do I need to take it in?

I'm not sure if I should post this here, but I just purchased a 2021 HR-v and I'm not able to connect to the USB.
I've plugged in my USB stick but it's not recognising it.
Any suggestions?

the 2 usb ports have direct wired connections to stereo - I doubt there are fuses for them (unless they are built into the stereo- and how do you access that ???)
@John35g is correct, they both connect directly to the back of the stereo head unit. You will either have to replace the connection cable, or the actual USB connector.
…not sure if this will help but I did a google search and found another owner having the same issue.

you could either try to reset your infotainment unit or check fuse #36 (acc socket) and or #37 is what I read for the possible solution/s.

third option is to replace the usb plug yourself, cost is about $20 according to a CR-V owner

If your car is still under warranty, let your dealer figure it out.
