I would replace the whole terminal to be on the safe side.
After replacing the terminal spray both terminals with a battery protector to prevent terminal erosion and ensure easier starting.

Whoops! I forgot to add, make sure you clean any corrosion from the Negative terminal first, before spraying with the battery protector.
