White comes with a black interior when ordering the Manual.
White is not available in the EX CVT AWD with black interior.
Back on topic please.
Not sure why you didn't post this thread on the existing "Milano Red" thread you posted yesterday.Looked at several colors again this morning...while the Modern Steel looked great in print, I honestly think it is one of the worst available colors. As flat as White is in print, it actually isn't too bad in person (unfortunately no black interior).
The surprise of them all is the Milano Red. It really seemed to work the best on the HRV and making it unique from all the other bland black, white, and gray choices. The Red also made it look more like an Acura for some reason. Definitely a color that would not work on the CRV, mainly due to the monochromatic appearance.
I recommend you check it out with the black interior and black exterior trim, VERY SHARP!
HOLD THE PRESSES, THIS JUST IN, HECK HAS FROZEN OVER, PIGS CAN FLY, A COW JUMPED OVER THE MOON, AND HRV4ME DOESN'T LIKE THE GREY!!!!! I had to read that 5 times to believe what I was seeing >Looked at several colors again this morning...while the Modern Steel looked great in print, I honestly think it is one of the worst available colors. I completely agree with you, you have to see all these colors in person before deciding what you like. I'm just glad that you were objective when seeing the grey enough to not be bound by your preconceptions of the color from the pictures. I'll admit, I thought the red looked terrible in the photos, but in person it works on this car.LOL your comment made my day
Print and in person are night and day. Something tells me the blue and the red being the best looking colors for this particular vehicle not only cause they look good, but due to the black trim.

Honda's Milano Red just pops.
We had the original 1998 Gen 1 CR-V in that classic Milano Red. I test drove the Milano Red LX Friday, and of the three colors I've seen (black, steel, and red), the red lends the most contrast. The black trim blends in too much, IMHO, with the black and steel.

...and then fades...
At least here in the heat/sun/humidity of the South. :crying:
I'm torn between red and green. Still want to see green in person after seeing that series of photos in another thread. If it's as dark as it looked in those pictures, that's the color for me. Otherwise, I'm going with red.
I have a feeling the other colors fade too, we just don't notice - or care as much??
Btw, so I wonder which is the real problem. Police are biased and pull over red cars - or owners of red cars are just driving too fast and are attracted to red? (And dark green??)
I live near Youngstown and my fiancee lives near Pittsburgh, and HRV's of all colors seem to be in limited supply! There are none around here, and it took me forever to find one her way, but it actually was a red one! Wouldn't be my first choice, but doesn't look bad!Seems the red is in limited supply?
