Maybe, but I don't think that's a given... they obviously invited both US and Canadian journalists to the same roadshow; it's not inconceivable they brought some Canuck-spec cars along for the canadians.
And yvrdave is correct; the hondanews.ca article says all of our trims get the 7-inch screen.
I do hope we all get manuals across the line, but I'm not sure this is proof positive. They could follow the same pattern as the Fit.
I don't think it is likely that they would drag a Canadian spec vehicle to Miami. That would only lead to confusion among journalists as to what will be offered in the US and Canada.
I also believe the car that was displayed at the Canadian auto shows was not necessarily a Canadian spec vehicle, although it is certainly possible because that particular example was not seen outside of Canada. It went from one Canadian show to the next.
I don't dispute that offerings will be different in Canada. I would trust, as yvrdave did, that the hondanews.ca is accurate.
At any rate, it is very good news for those that wanted a higher level HR-V s that the manual is available for them . I plan on getting the LX myself, so I had no worries about getting my my manual before this. (Yay!)
A lot of what will are discussing now will be clearer as soon as the embargo ends. Too long from now, I say!
