Side view mirrors will not adjust

is it making noise? Did you have any work done before this happened? The mirrors move via these small white sticks. If you repaired something, the mirror itself might not have caught back onto the sticks. Is it both sides or just one side. Your way to attack this is to isolate the problem as much as possible and then fix it one possible thing.
