Hello and thanks for this forum. I've been following this car since the concept vehicle first came out.

My make or break on this is if the HRV is a legitimate SUV like the CX-5 or a too-big yet too-small monstrosity like the Juke.

Anybody have knowledge on this?

This comes down to perspective and relativity. How big is big for you? Ya know? I do think that it will be bigger than the Juke though. It is still going to be a small CUV so if you are looking for something a bit more substantial you should probably look at some CUVs that are not trying to be a smaller alternative.

No HR-V will NOT be bigger than a JUKE. No styling is obviously subjective, but I have a soft spot for the JUKE, it just looks sportiest of the bunch, of course thats not for all. HR-V will offer you a more classic profile to the JUKE. I feel like HRV will operate in a similar area as the Forrester, not the SEGMENT, but the general IDEA behind the product. not SUV but not wagon, just HR-V :D

welcome aboard Emerson...

The Juke is a unique vehicle, ugly front end but at the same time it's a look that can grow on people, it has grown on me, still not sure if I could still buy it and have to look at that front end all the time. HRV will be a nice alternative

I was fortunate to be in Japan when the Vezel was released and I can can say that it is much roomier inside than the Juke even though they are about the same size from the outside. The Vezel has a very usuable rear seat and much larger cargo area then the Juke, plus the Magic Seats of the Fit platform. It's definitely smaller than the CX-5 though. Probably will be more comparable to the rumored upcoming CX-3.

Overall the cargo area of the Vezel is similar if not a little bigger than the new 2015 Fit. The only difference might be the Vezel's was an inch or so shorter in height but greater in length.
