So I’m vacationing in Southern Ontario, parked my 2015 HRV EX at the air park at home, arrive at enterprise in Toronto and they give me a white 2021 HRV
Driving this as a rental is a dream, like an old friend.
Luggage fits so well in the back
Parking all over the HRV will fit into the smallest spots
Rear seat has lots of leg room for passengers
Handles like a charm
And when you gas up, puts a smile on my face
Apple CarPlay with google offline maps are great
Being a Honda, when the rental company goes to sell in a few years, will probably have depreciated minimally

I can’t imagine a better rental

Hopefully you'll remember it's a hire car and not drive home with it!

All of the hire cars I had in the UK from the early 90's - early 2010's from the usual suspects were limited to no more than 12k a year with some being even lower at 9k (there was nearly always a cellophane sticker on the speedometer reminding the rental company employees not to go over the mileage limit).

Going by the plate, (our plates change in March and September) some of them were reaching their limits within 3 or 4 months. My average mileage per weekend hire was over 1k miles.

And before the visit is over, request to pick up some cinder blocks, and an eight foot 2x10
Not many fuel efficient rental cars can do that!
