Vezel Crash Test Videos From JNCAP

Safety is a big deal for me when buying a new car, and I found these JNCAP test videos showing the Vezel getting a 5 star rating. I'm sure IIHS will do their own on the HR-V, but until then at least here are some good tests showing how the Vezel holds up.

Full test results are here...(http://www.nasva.go.jp/mamoru/en/car_detail/180)

That's actually not too bad at all.

Overall to most consumers this should be fine with them.
I think it's amazing that the windshield didn't crack more on the first video.
The cockpit does seem to hold up pretty well. Happy to see that the HRV is a really safe car. That is important to me.

It's not hard to understand why it didn't. It is a frontal crash test with a ton of solid metal between the object it's hitting and the windshield, that alone absorbs a lot.
Not to get off topic, but it is amazing how far cars have come in regards to safety. It'll be interesting to see how it does in the IIHS dreaded small overlap test, but I have high hopes for a top notch score. Hopefully the new Fit will have it's testing done soon and we'll see how it preforms.

Not to get off topic, but at least it did better than these two.
