Hello Guys,

I have 2019 HR-V EX-L AWD and it has around 5K miles on it.
I just realized something, if I drive around 20-30 miles on a flat road, I feel like something pulls the car from rear then gear decreased but while it is decreasing, the car is shaking
Is it usual?

I didn't know that there is a bullet-in.
Can I go to my dealer and show the bulletin number to request the fix?


In addition, I guess it seems it has started after I have started using break hold button
