Hi people,
I am from Belgium, Europe. New here and happy to be able to share my thoughts (and problems) on our Honda HRV - and to receive some wisdom from you as well.
We bought a Honda HRV diesel (built 2016) last year in october. Reliable car but a very bumpy ride. I read some of your remarks on the subject already. How could Honda decide to build a car with such a inharmonious chassis; a question I often as myself.
One of the members wrote that he changed some things on his Honda, for example the rear shocks and front struts from Sachs. The problem in Belgium is that shocks and struts from Sachs (or from another manufacturer) are not available for the European market. The only available aftermarket shocks for the Honda HRV diesel are from KYB (questionable quality) or from Bilstein (good quality, but only the rear shocks are available). My question to you is: can I purchase them in the USA? And where ? Is it possible to order them for shipping and delivery in Europe?
Needless to say that I am looking towards a solution since quite a long time...
Thanks for every comment!
