Install fog lights on a used HRV

I'm looking around my neighborhood for a used HRV. I'll probably get a 2016 LX or something thereabouts. Many models out there don't have fog lights, and it's hard to find that option with the right price, and location, and a nice color in the used market. If I buy used from a dealer, is it possible to get the dealer to install fog lights into a car without them installed?

The reason I'm persnickety about this is that I have some pretty major visual issues. I can still drive and such, but fog lights are really helpful on the narrow and twisty roads on my commute to work.

The LED ones are about 100 bucks on Amazon 80 for the old skool round ones. when you look for accessories try searching for "Honda Vezel" that is the name of the platform in Asia where you will find many inexpensive parts. The HRV has been around in those parts since 2013 so there is a large aftermarket of parts for little money.

Are they easy to install on your own or do you go to the local mechanic? I’m not very handy.

I installed a set of factory fog lights on my 2018 LX and can't remember all the details as I've put them on many of my cars, but recall it's a little involved, as you need to remove the front bumper cover. Not a big hassle for someone who's done things like this before, but depending on your inclination it may be intimidating

Update: I just put a deposit on a 2016 model. No fog lights, but I pushed to have the factory lights installed at no extra cost. Since the salesman wanted to get the sale in before the year end, he agreed. I’m getting free floor mats too.
