Added the crossbars to my EX-L Navi from College Hills Honda. I was concerned about the added noise from them, but I didn't notice any difference on the road today.

Interesting .......my mods kind of follow yours, what was the end result of this? How did it drive different? What exactly is the crossbar? like a swaybar?

These are the cross bars for the roof rack attachment. I'm moving my daughter to Winston-Salem later this summer and need to put a cargo box on top of the HRV to transport some of her stuff. The inside will be filled as well. You can see the impact on this overhead shot. So, no impact to driving, and we'll see if it changes my MPG at all.

I don't understand the logic of tinting brake lights, doesn't that decrease the effectiveness of cars being able to see you stopped?

Not at all. The 3rd brake light and bumper reflectors still look red, illuminate and reflect red quite brightly. The tint is only a slight darkening that matches the JDM tails dark appearance.

I'm not one of those jerks with dark black tail lights.

New here, but I wanted share what I've done to my HRV over the years since 12/5/2015.

Total mods--

Recent:
Painted foglight housing, black gloss vinyl eyebrows, tinted rear signal housing, removed airdams, and added chrome tip to exhaust

Past:
OEM hood deflector, OEM mudguards, tint: 5% sunvisor strip, 5% moonroof, 50% windshield, 35% fronts, blacked out signal light housing, rear reflector chrome shrouds, LED license plate lights, and mirorring capability using Amazon TV Fire Stick and ZTE Zmax Pro

Future:
Taller and wider tires and LED headlights

eBay. I had to remove a small amount of plastic at the lower center with some side cutters but overall, and after a 13+ hour road trip... I approve!

Installed OEM splash guards, had to Macgyver a tool up because even my 1.5” screwdriver was too long for a couple of the screws with the wheels still on, but love how they look.

Been lurking here for a bit, recently got my 2018 HR-V LX about 2 weeks ago (as you can tell, still have dealer plates in front lol).

Plastidipped wheels black, and got windows tinted!

5% for all of rear.
25% front. (legal for Texas)

Next up is an AEM cold air intake, floor mats, and some side-window deflectors! Should come in a few days.
