I've bounced from the Ford F150-Lightning, to the Mustang MachE, to a Pilot, and now to maybe a CRV. Who knows... When I finally get the itch I'll have to see what is available.

I’m starting to like the Ridgeline and not so much because I want a truck but more because I’m tired of asking to borrow a truck when needed.

Since the thread got bumped I'll give my 10 month update, I was a huge fan of my HRV but I gotta say...the Tucson blows it away. Yeah it's 50% more money, but it's nearly identical in size, so much more comfortable and quiet, huge inside with more cargo room than the HRV, rides better, tows better, looks better, faster, and in the summer I'm getting 31MPG with AWD.

I like it enough that we're in line for a Hyundai Ioniq 5 for my wifie (all electric). Pretty much the same size as the Tucson.

I was really disappointed in the refresh of the HRV, it's slower and gets worse gas mileage? Like they took the best parts of the 2016 and scrubbed them for a nicer interior, but that's just my use case.

Just put in an order for a 2023 KIA Seltos EX. Love the HRV but wanted updated items like Apple CarPlay, safety features, auto shutoff, AWD, and wireless charging.

But sticking with the light gray!

@Dr. Toboggan I have a 1985 F150 I bought for $1400 for those days when I need one. Full ride insurance costs me only $225 a year. My next ride could be some sort of electric AWD SUV. Love the looks of the Mustang Mach-E... Just not sure in this economy I want to drop $50K for a car. The CRV would be my Honda gas choice. Maybe this new Honda EV?

I no longer feel the need for an SUV/crossover. Since I've given up my last motorcycle and miss the thrill of handling/power, I'm looking for a sporty sedan of some sort. The new Hyundai Elantra N is looking like a good choice although it doesn't offer AWD and I think I might miss that. I'm also not a big fan of a CVT. I don't fit well in my '21 HRV and with the lack of power and size, I just can't see another HRV in my future. I had a CRV before my HRV so I'm sure I'll see what the new CRV hybrid is like before I decide so we'll see.

@MONK Unless I'm missing something from the Honda US website, it seems the NA market Hybrid CR-V sticks with a traditional CVT gearbox compared to the 'gearless' eCVT in the European market CR-V, which are only available as 2WD or AWD Hybrids.

Hadley--I could be wrong (as I tend to be) but it's my understanding that the new 2023 hybrid CRV will have the eCVT. Again, I could be way off on this. If it will have a traditional CVT, that would be a deal breaker for me.
